The Lockfield Industries is an off the grid plastic manufacturer who was our first to combat against dirty electricity. Solar panels, skylights and thermal concrete walls all work together to trap heat and power for this facility. Non-toxic materials were used as well.
At this facility we updated control bldg., switchgear, MCCs, and PLC control panels with modern Rockwell power and controls equipment. One co-generation RT-800 turbine-genset was installed to help reduce electricity costs. Solar panels were also added to the facilities to improve carbon foot-print.
We built a state of the art, co-gen facility for the college campus. One 3,800 kVA, 1-TB-5000 with (1) distribution 5MVA pad mounted transformer, (1) solid state based switchgear, (1) CENTERLINE 2100 NEMA Low Voltage MCC, (1) control logic PLC station panel.
